The CEO will foster collaborative relationships within the community, enhancing our reputation and furthering our mission. The CEO will champion the safety and well-being of youth, a foundational principle of our organization. For more than 30 years, The David & Thu Brulè YMCA of Marquette County has continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of Marquette County. Each year, the Marquette County Y reaches more than 5,000 people across our community through programs that help everyone reach their full potential. With facilities in Marquette and Negaunee, we offer many programs including, a Child Development Center, Healthy out of School Time Programs, Group Exercise, Personal Training, Pedaling for Parkinson’s, LIVESTRONG for cancer survivors, Active Older Adult Programming, Youth Fit Club, gymnastics, and a Flag football League, to name a few. In September, our Y anticipates opening a field house.

Salary Range: $115,000 to $135,000

Qualifications
Criteria for Candidates:
- Accredited 4-year college degree and or equivalent work experience.
- Fiscally sound business management approach with a proven track record of budgetary and fiscal management more than $2M or more annually.
- Minimum seven years prior experience in a senior management role with a YMCA or related experience at a comparable organization with direct supervision of multiple levels of staff and employees.
