Description Are you looking for a fun interactive summer work environment working with youth and families? The YMCA is seeking energetic leaders that love working with children and families as a Camp Lead in a summer seasonal role. As a Camp Lead, you will oversee a program area at camp, developing and delivering programs that are appropriate for the age/ability of the campers while following safety and educational procedures. You will provide high-quality experiences for campers, focusing on the YMCA core values: caring, equity, honesty, respect and responsibility. This position involves interaction with individuals and communities of a diverse background.

Work Conditions: Must be physically able to participate in camp activities, including hiking, canoeing, swimming, and team building initiatives. May be required to drive camp vehicles or watercraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver programs for campers, including theme/special camp activities.
- Prepare and lead lessons, evaluating their success and making adjustments as needed.
- Supervise campers and staff, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and organize program logistics.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18.
- Adult and Pediatric First Aid & CPR/AED certification.
- At least one season of experience in camp, youth programs, recreation, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
