As the Gymnastics Director for this elite program, you are responsible for the successful growth, planning and implementation of the overall gymnastics department including (but not limited to) teams, classes, summer camp, billing, and administration. You will provide direct leadership and coordination of all gymnastics related program areas, while promoting a fun and welcoming environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in physical education or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years professional and supervisory experience in competitive/instructional gymnastics preferred.
- Understanding of the nature and purpose of the YMCA and the respective roles of volunteers and staff.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Track record of building authentic, constructive relationships with others.
- Ability to effectively communicate using a computer and phone/smart device.
- CRP/AED, First Aid required.
- USAG professional membership, safety certification, and safe sport certifications.
