The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing the performance and development of a regional team, managing the region's P&L, driving strategic priorities, ensuring consistent and exceptional customer experience, and optimizing resource allocation across the region. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field, or
- Minimum of 12 years of senior leadership experience in a YMCA, nonprofit, or equivalent setting.
- Proven success leading multi-unit operations and managing senior leaders.
- Strong operational and financial management skills, including budgeting, P&L oversight,
- Strategic thinker with experience translating organizational goals into effective execution.
- Skilled in program development, community engagement, and building impactful partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and
