- Plan and lead group trips, incorporating activities like canoeing, backpacking, and rock climbing.
- Develop and deliver curriculum that promotes learning and growth among participants.
- Foster positive relationships with camp staff and participants to create a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications

- A minimum age of 18 years.
- Lifeguard certification, Basic Life Support/CPR for the Professional Rescuer, and Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certifications.
- Experience or education in wilderness risk management, youth development, or a related field.
