Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 18 years of age
- A High School graduate or equivalent; minimum one year college preferred
- Experience working with children in a day camp setting
- The ability to interact effectively with children and parents on a range of issues
- Experienced and skilled in one or more camp program activities
- Certified or able to be certified in CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention within the first 30 days of hire
