We are looking for a high-energy, dedicated, and well-organized self-starter, with proven success in staff supervision, fundraising, volunteer and community relations, board and volunteer development, and financial management. A Bachelor's Degree in human services, social services, business, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years in a management role overseeing multiple staff levels, is required. The ideal candidate will be responsive to change, possessing practical oral and written communication skills, and demonstrating strategic and creative thinking along with superior problem-solving abilities.
Your enthusiasm for collaboration and team dynamics is vital, as is your understanding of the community's complexity and the importance of fostering inclusion and championing social equity initiatives in all efforts.
