The Business Development Director will play a critical role in driving the growth and sustainability of our organization by balancing revenue generation with operational oversight of Youth Development programs. Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
Experience
Proven experience in business development, sales, or operations management, preferably within the education or childcare sector.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic goals with operational responsibilities.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results.

Minimum 5 years in administrative supervisory roles.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure that new and existing childcare programs achieve profitability and meet enrollment targets.
Operational Oversight
Oversee new sites to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational standards.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process to maintain operational excellence.
Sales and Relationship Building
Represent the organization to external stakeholders with a deep understanding of program offerings to ensure accurate communication.
Foster relationships with local school districts and other community partners to drive growth and enrollment.
Collaboration and Team Support
Work closely with branch executives and district leaders to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
Provide strategic leadership on the expansion and enhancement of childcare programs across the association.
