As an After School Counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of K-5th graders. By leading engaging activities and lessons, you will help children develop essential skills and knowledge that will benefit them throughout their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement daily lesson/activity plans that align with established guidelines.
- Supervise children, classroom, and all activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Make ongoing observations and evaluations of each child to track their progress.
- Maintain positive relationships and effective communication with parents/guardians, engaging them as volunteers when possible.
- Ensure the program site, equipment, and required records are maintained.
**Salary Range:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
