RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR:
- Deliver excellent customer service to all members, guests, and program participants
- Be the friendly face that each member, guest and program participant see's when first entering the branch
- Create positive lasting memories for each person with helpful responses to their needs
- This is not an exhaustive list of job duties. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE A MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR:
- Minimum age of 17.
- Must be available to work varying shifts (i.e., mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays).
- 1-2 years sales or marketing experience.
- Empathic listener and persuasive speaker and can resolve conflict positively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including excel), other computer programs and office machines.
- Ability to learn and retain information related to programs, services, and membership options.
- Demonstrated experience in relationship building with a diverse population.
