Job Description
Embark on a Journey of Impactful Adventure
The Senior Program Director manages the development, and evaluation of various program areas and / or membership. Areas of focus may be health / wellness, aquatics, teens, childcare, and / or other programs. Recruits, trains, onboards and supports assigned staff and volunteers. Additional responsibilities include hiring, payroll functionality, and training of staff and volunteers, curriculum development and evaluation, budget management, and adhering to all regulatory and Association standards. Provides liaison to committee(s) and advisory board(s) and takes a leadership role in mission advancement activities. Responsible for oversight of multiple departments and associated team members. Position takes into account the size, scope, and budget of the departments and / or branch volume in classification.
