**Job Description**
- Supervise, coordinate and plan all aspects of the daily camp program.
- Oversee all activity staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for campers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Focus on camper safety and well-being.
- Schedule daily activities for campers and cabin groups.
- Create tailored schedules based on children's age groups and interests.
- Help solve camper issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Plan evening activities and special events.
- Demonstrate leadership in involvement with other camp activities and events.
- Schedule duty rosters and staff time off.
- Perform first aid or provide care for injuries as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 20 years of age or older.
- High school graduate or equivalent; one year or more of college preferred.
- Experience in resident camp required.
- Experience supervising staff and making schedules highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license required (F4 Classification needed).
- Proven experience working with children.
- Familiarity with camping and various outdoor activities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- A good understanding of risk management and safety.
- Positive, energetic, reliable, self-motivated, and patient attitude.
