As a Commercial Sales Producer at YMI, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and retaining commercial insurance clients.

This position is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record of success in sales who is looking for something more meaningful;

somewhere they can impact an organization and grow into its leadership team.

While insurance experience is beneficial, it is not required. We value individuals who bring fresh perspectives and a passion for making a difference.

• Sales Experience : Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Leadership Aspirations : Desire to grow into a leadership position within a smaller organization and contribute to its overall success.

• Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a dynamic, nimble environment and contribute to positive organizational change.
• Insurance Knowledge (Preferred) : While not required, previous experience or familiarity with commercial insurance is a plus.
