Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Review schematics and technical documentation to assist in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
Skills
- Proficient in maintenance management principles and practices.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with HVAC systems.
- Experience with low voltage electrical systems and the use of voltmeters.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
