One of them, the Growth Department, is responsible for driving new and existing customer growth encompassing all Digital Marketing and CRM actions at the service of our stores.    Our Growth Division are now seeking a talented Affiliate & Influencer Senior Executive to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:  This role will be responsible for supporting and driving the affiliate channel’s success even further in 2022, working hand in hand with our central global team, and leading our regional agency. The role will report into the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager based in London, and work alongside the regional US team. We are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent commercial skills combined with proven digital experience. Working closely with the Head of Affiliates you will be the role is instrumental in the implementation and delivery of the localized affiliate and influencer strategy to drive acquisition and retention of the NET-A-PORTER customer. Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:  Affiliate Responsibilities: Support the Head of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing in leading the affiliate marketing strategy for AM the Americas, overseeing all relationships and programs across an array of retained partners, localizing the global affiliate strategy, to drive region relevance and commercial KPI’s. Lead the day-to-day relationship with our affiliate agency – including weekly meetings, regular reporting, clear communication of upcoming campaigns, promotions, priority/focus initiatives and other ad-hoc tasks to ensure agency is a true business partner and extension of the team. Manage regional affiliate partner relationships leading negotiations for commercial agreements and establishing long-term relationships, building a strong and effective network. Develop designer, category and branded programs with partners to ensure amplification of various business and commercial priorities. Take an analytical approach, effectively measure performance across partners – establishing goals and targets in driving business success. Keeping a close eye on publishers’ performance; reviewing, analyzing and optimizing as you go, reporting back on achievements and challenges; proposing new KPIs, metrics and approaches to strategic partnerships depending on business priorities. Work with Global Affiliate Assistant to brief, support and monitor affiliate activity across the market, including campaign planning, creative delivery process, promotional campaigns. Propose innovative ideas and initiatives that drive customer growth, sales and scale brand awareness; ensure a cohesive and comprehensive brand strategy and 360 approach. Work closely to align all programs with Buying, Creative/Production, Media, PR, and Performance Marketing teams in the NY & HK and London offices. Manage the regional affiliate budget Monitor and report competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate teams. Act as a brand guardian and ensure all activations that pass through this channel, adhere to the NET-A-PORTER brand guidelines Influencer Responsibilities: Partner with the regional marketing team and the global influencer team on building out the annual digital influencer/content creator marketing strategy for the region. Develop close professional one-on-one relationships with top content creators and develop arsenal of up-and-coming partners. Understand NET-A-PORTER brand DNA and demonstrate ability to choose partnerships that will resonate with current and prospective customers/audiences. Work seamlessly across internal PR, Marketing, Editorial and Buying teams Plan networking events that position NET-A-PORTER as a true business partner and fashionable resource for growing conversion and regional influencer network. Identify new ways of approaching and valuing digital content programs with a focus on influencers who have maintain a sizeable and growing audience across social media and video-streaming services. Act as a NET-A-PORTER brand ambassador. The type of person we are looking for:  4 years of marketing experience ideally gained in a luxury and/or online retail environment or Affiliate agency (Affiliate channel experience preferred). Significant commercial experience gained in a fast-paced luxury/online retail environment, with proven experience of driving sales with a revenue and ROAS focus. Strong analytical skills. Enjoys working in a fast paced, high energy environment. Experience in confidently managing agencies day-to-day. A self-starter mind-set, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance. Can demonstrate the ability to stay positive under pressure and stay focused on goals. Tenacious attitude with solid judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrating innovative ideas which support business growth. Proactive with driving own development. Well-rounded negotiation skills. Creative and strategic thinker. Pro-active and willing to share ideas with the wider team. Extremely well organized, methodical, and efficient, with a good dose of common sense, humor and initiative. The ability to build strong relationships with key business areas as well as external partners.
