Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate would be available in the early mornings, evenings, or weekends and be dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.
Duties
- Lead fitness classes in a dynamic and engaging manner
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics and techniques
- Design 6wk fitness programs for clients based on the class objectives
- Administor fitness assessments at the beginning and end of the 6wk program
- Promoting your classes
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
Experience
- Current certification in personal training or group fitness instruction (prefer yoga, Barre, Pole Fitness, mat Pilates, self defense/ martial arts, or fem dance)
- Currently certified in CPR & First Aid
- Liability insurance or be willing to get
- Previous experience working in a health club or gym setting
- Proficiency in program design tailored to individual needs
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $42.00 - $210.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
