Must-Have Skills

  • 3 years of experience in analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Strong experience in reporting and generating actionable insights using tools like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its components (e.g., Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with A / B testing frameworks and decision science.
  • Web SDK Implementation experience.
