Location : - Fremont CA( remote We need candidate ready to support in PST Time)

Job descriptions :

Primary skill : SAP MM

Secondary skill : SAP Ariba

Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement

Collaborate with the business unit in leveraging various Supply Chain Execution & Supplier Collaboration systems (SAP ECC MM / PP, SAP S / 4, SAP Workflows, SAP Portal, BI / Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologies, etc.

to enable the organization's future-state business capabilities

Able to put on multiple hats : Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst and communicate effectively to a diverse audience, including leadership, to articulate complex planning scenarios, trade-offs, and its impact to Lam Operations

Ability to understand business functionality and translate into business use cases

Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including :

o Requirements (Validation and Alignment)

o Design (Blueprint and Spec)

o Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)

o Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)

o Training / Documentation

o Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)

o Run (Post mortem, Hypercare)

Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

Demonstrated cross functional team leadership experience

Must be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside the immediate team

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Technology, Operations or equivalent work experience

10 years overall SAP experience with 8 years of experience in ECC (MM, )

Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems include SAP and No code platforms

Have led more than one end-to-end implementation program, that included : Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion

Strong problem solving and analytical / critical thinking skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently or with limited direction

Additional Qualifications :

Knowledge of advanced BI and dashboarding tools, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform

Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL is a plus
