Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for applications and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support application deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Document support processes, known issues, and resolutions to build knowledge base.
- Communicate effectively with business users and technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years of experience working in application/technical support or software development.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, etc.).
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn new systems and technologies, especially WMS platforms.
