Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our US Staffing division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence in the staffing industry. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business expansion and achieve sales targets. Business Development Manager work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the US staffing market.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to acquire new customers.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the US Staffing division.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building with clients and partners.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize performance and results.
Collaborate with senior management to define sales goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Drive the development of compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business and retain existing clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet both parties' needs.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

10 years of experience in New Business development, sales, or account management in the staffing industry.
