Description: Yochana seeks a skilled Information Technology Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end-user IT issues across various devices, including PCs, mobile phones, printers, and other IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, and other IT devices in user environments.
- Support the installation, movement, addition, change, and disposal (IMACD) requirements of EUC equipment, software, and related services at designated customer sites.
- Coordinate and plan IMACD activities with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality execution, meet service levels, and minimize operational disruptions.
- Document processes and obtain approval from customers for efficient IMAC execution.
