What are the responsibilities and job description for the Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse position at Yochana?
About the Role:
This is a very small unit/facility, rural experience is preferred. Must be able to work independently/Hit the ground running!
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Schedule: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours guaranteed)
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
On-Call Requirements: None
Tentative start date: 3/3/2025
Pay range and compensation package:
- Gross Weekly Pay: $1,850/week for 36 hours/week
- Hourly Pay Rate: $540/week ($15/hour on W2)
- Weekly Stipend: $1,310 (Stipends/ Per diem) ($36.38/hr)
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years recent experience - Required
- CERNER EMR experience – Required
- Travel experience - Preferred
- Traveler must have their vehicle for this need
Qualifications: [Education details]
- BLS (AHA)
- Vermont or Compact Allowed
