Job Summary
- The Project Manager (SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) is responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, the individual will be responsible for managing and prioritizing product backlog, representing the customer and working with development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross functional project teams to deliver high-quality projects within the defined constraints.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate team meetings, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
- Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters to prioritize features and resolve dependencies.
- Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
Skill Requirement
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner for iOS and or Android apps.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and safe framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as jira, microsoft project, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of product management principles and practices.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards successful project outcomes.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification is preferred.
