Position : Supplier Quality Engineer –
Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)

- Duration: 1 year,
- Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with suppliers, perform root cause analysis, resolve product/paperwork holds, conduct audits, and analyze data for metrics
- Perform virtual and onsite supplier audits
- Maintain reports/charts for metrics, utilizing data mining from various support systems
- Experience with advanced quality tools such as statistical analysis, PFMEA, 8D corrective action, A3 problem solving, 5 why analysis, and Ishikawa diagrams
- Travel 25% domestic and international
- Required Skills:
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
- Hands-on expertise in measurement methods and tools
- Data analysis and mining (Pivot charts)
- Supplier quality audit experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferred Skills:
- 5 years of process improvement experience using Lean tools, Structured Problem Solving, 5S, Mistake-Proofing, etc.
- 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in Aerospace
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (M.S. or B.S.)
- APQP/PPAP background preferred
- Essential Experience:

- Sense of urgency, Customer experience
