Description: Fully Remote Lehigh Valley, PA
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable dispatcher/customer service representative to join our growing company. In this role, you will answer incoming calls and dispatch orders to our team of drivers and mechanics. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to our customers to update them on service progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, have a geographical working knowledge of the Lehigh Valley area and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Dispatch orders to drivers and mechanics
- Monitor driver progress and update customers on delivery status
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatches
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely service
- Process payments from our customers who currently do not have an account with us
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in a dispatch role preferred
