Machine Operator –
Yoder Pallet Company in Points, WV is accepting applications for a machine operator. We expect applicants to be committed, neat, hardworking, and able to put others first. This position will enable those with enthusiasm and a high work ethic the opportunity to join a stable, growing company and build a long-term career.
Pay is production based and paid on a weekly basis. Starting wage is $16 per hour while training, with the opportunity for continued advancement opportunities through merit and performance-based increases. Benefits include 401K with 3.5% company match, paid holidays, and paid vacation.
The position is fast-paced and requires a desire to continually excel and grow. Applicants must be in good physical condition, able to bend, twist and lift moderately heavy objects. Applicants should be committed to complying with safety rules and guidelines and production quality expectations, and able to work well both alone and on a team. Some mechanical skills are required but can be learned on the job.
