We are seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Manager who can expertly assist our valued home sellers and buyers from signature to close, ensuring the process runs smoothly while delivering a first-class experience. You’ll work closely with the Creative Manager to ready new listings and draft them for marketing on the MLS, arranging home inspections, assist with escrow documentation, and diligently progress deals to the closing table. It is necessary to have a sense of urgency, be able to follow processes methodically, yet be adaptable to changing workflows unique to each deal. Compensation: $20 hourly
