Window and Door Service Tech

To ensure the optimal performance and longevity of windows and doors by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining products while providing exceptional customer service. This role plays a key part in upholding Yoder’s Building Supply’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Must have a clean driving record

· Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities:

· Inspect and diagnose operational issues with windows and doors

· Troubleshoot and perform necessary adjustments or repairs

· Install door hardware and replace glass as needed

· Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients

· Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate problem-solving skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· The work environment for the most part, is exclusively the job site.
