Our two styles of classes FLOW and FIIT combined with our customer service training and methodical studio buildouts create a paradigm that allows the student to achieve the ultimate SHIFT in their life.


We are actively recruiting for an experienced Pre Sales Manager to join our leadership team.

The Pre-Sales Manager will drive membership growth and brand awareness in the local community for new Yoga Joint studios throughout the pre-sale process. This role will collaborate closely with sales teams to implement effective sales strategies to convert leads, engage in community outreach to establish partnerships that increase quality lead generation, and nurture strong relationships with potential clients. The Pre-Sales Manager will also lead and mentor the initial studio team, ensuring they are equipped to source and convert quality leads from the community, drive sales efforts, and achieve membership targets.


The Pre-Sales Manager is expected to reach pre-sale membership goals by studying a local market, creating a strategy to source the right opportunities for quality lead generation tailored to the market dynamics, training the studio team to be successful in completing the pre-sale plan, and supporting the accountability of the initial studio team in driving leads and sales.


JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Collaboration with Sales Teams:Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that showcase the unique benefits of Yoga Joint and drive membership sales.
  • Community Outreach:Proactively study and engage the local community to build partnerships for quality lead generation and drive awareness of Yoga Joint, leading to increased pre-sales memberships.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, providing excellent customer service and fostering a sense of community to encourage referrals.
  • Market Research and Analysis:Stay informed about current industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position Yoga Joint and provide valuable insights during client interactions.
  • Team Leadership and Training:Lead, mentor, and train the pre-sales team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support sales initiatives and contribute to the company's success.
  • Achieve Member Count Goals:Take ownership of lead generation and sales activities to consistently meet and exceed membership targets.
  • Drive Referrals: Increase pre-sale memberships through referrals by implementing a strong referral process tied to each pre-sale member as they sign up.
  • Executes additional job functions as needed to meet the needs of the business

REQUIRED EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Fitness or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales or a similar role within the fitness industry
  • Proficiency in fitness software, CRM tools, and other relevant technologies
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored fitness solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value of fitness products and build relationships
  • Ability to develop sales strategies that respond to market trends and competitive behavior
