The Assistant Studio Manager works alongside the studio leadership to actively promote the studio to prospective members, customers, and business and community partners. This position is responsible for ensuring that first time visitors to the studio have an overwhelmingly positive experience during your time in studio and achieving sales goals during your time in studio. The ideal candidate for this position is looking to utilize their expert customer service and communications to grow a yoga community.

Responsibilities
Ensure all incoming leads are contacted and qualified per established sales process. Book leads into classes and follow up to sell appropriate membership according to their needs.
Assist students in choosing classes that fit their goals by showing knowledge of our offerings.
Oversee studio cleanliness, including but not limited to : sweeping / mopping floors, sanitizing / organizing props, cleaning bathrooms, and common areas; manage maintenance of studio equipment; manage studio laundry. Manage schedule and payroll reporting for studio operations assistants.
Assume responsibility for developing marketing and selling skills, reviewing training materials and participating in staff meetings to support achievement of personal and studio goals.
Schedule
Minimum 25 hours per week. Maximum 30 hours per week.
