Your Role as a Caregiver:
As a caregiver, you will be instrumental in supporting seniors, ensuring they live life to the fullest. Key responsibilities include:
- Daily Assistance: Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to ensure seniors’ daily routines run smoothly
- Specialized Care: Providing compassionate care for clients with Dementia or Alzheimer's, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Well-being Monitoring: Observing and reporting changes in clients’ physical or emotional health to ensure their comfort and safety
- Light Housekeeping & Meal Preparation: Assisting with light cleaning and meal prep, keeping the home tidy and safe
- Building Relationships: Offering companionship, emotional support, and building trust with clients
- Following Care Plans: Ensuring the personalized care plan for each client is followed for optimal care and service
