What You’ll Do:
- Assist seniors with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide specialized care to clients with Dementia or Alzheimer’s, offering tailored support
- Monitor and report on clients’ physical and emotional well-being, ensuring their safety
- Lend a helping hand with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility support
- Build deep connections with clients, offering companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans meticulously, ensuring the highest level of service and accuracy
- Experience: 6 months of caregiving or relevant certification (NAC, HCA, etc.)
- Expertise: Experience with Dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
- Heart: Compassion, patience, dependability, and a genuine desire to help others
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and dependable transportation (for any transportation duties)
- Safety: Ability to pass a background check
