- Specialized Care: Provide compassionate support for clients with Dementia or Alzheimer's, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Well-being Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients’ physical or emotional health
- Light Housekeeping & Meal Preparation: Assist with light cleaning and meal prep to keep the home safe and tidy
- Building Relationships: Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering trust with clients
- Following Care Plans: Ensure each client’s personalized care plan is followed to provide the best service
