Job Summary
We are seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to lead grassroots marketing and community outreach efforts for YogaSix Bressi Ranch. This role is perfect for someone passionate about health and fitness who thrives on building relationships and representing a wellness brand in the community. Your mission will be to generate new client leads by organizing events, developing partnerships with local businesses, and increasing the studio’s visibility in the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Host Local Events: Plan and execute pop-ups, health fairs, and community events to promote YogaSix and collect leads.
- Business Outreach: Build partnerships with local businesses for cross-promotion and lead-generation opportunities (e.g., employee wellness programs, collaborations).
- Lead Generation: Actively gather and track leads from events and outreach efforts, ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM system.
- Community Networking: Represent YogaSix at local events and build strong relationships within the community to increase awareness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and Sales Team to align outreach efforts with studio goals.
- Promotional Activities: Distribute guest passes, offers, and marketing materials to encourage first-time visits to the studio.
- Reporting: Provide weekly updates on event performance, outreach efforts, and lead-generation metrics.

- Marketing, promotions, or event planning experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience).
- Performance Bonuses: $100–$250 per month for meeting lead-generation goals.
