We are looking for an amazing talent to join our team in a General Manager role, leading our studio to success! This position will be based in Mountains Edge in Las Vegas, NV.
Working in partnership with the franchise owner and other professional staff, the General Manager will focus on studio membership sales, organizing community support, co-branding, and building relationships with local businesses.
Primary Responsibilities Include :
- Manage and grow all revenue streams including Membership Sales, Lead Generation, Retail, and Teacher Training
- Manage staff schedules and supervise Wellness Advisors and Teachers
- Hire / manage all instructors at the studio
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns that focus on new client acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty
- Schedule and participate in networking / community events and studio promotions
- Lead weekly Grassroots Marketing partnerships to drive new guest traffic
- Work closely with Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure the health and profitability of the studio
- Social media management of the studio’s Instagram & Facebook accounts
