About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Associate to join our Elwood, NY team. You’ll be the heartbeat of our studio—connecting with members, driving sales, and delivering standout service. If you’re passionate about wellness, thrive in a dynamic environment, and love building relationships, this role is your perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Sales & Build Relationships
- Make 50 outbound calls daily to connect with potential members, schedule intro classes, and follow up on leads.
- Achieve and surpass sales goals for memberships, class packages, and retail products.
- Act as a true brand ambassador, introducing YogaSix to the Elwood, NY community.
Deliver Outstanding Experiences
- Provide exceptional service to members in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Guide members through booking classes, exploring membership options, and navigating their fitness journey.
- Maintain a welcoming and immaculate studio environment that reflects the YogaSix ethos.
Foster Member Loyalty
- Address member concerns with empathy and offer proactive solutions to boost satisfaction and retention.
- Manage cancellations, freeze requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.
Keep Things Running Smoothly
- Coordinate intro classes and ensure a seamless experience for new members.
- Track sales activities, member feedback, and outreach efforts to keep everything organized and efficient.
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability 4-5 days a week, including daytime hours, one evening shift weekly, and two Saturdays per month.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or membership retention—bonus points for experience in the fitness or wellness industry.
- A natural communicator with a passion for helping people reach their goals.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily outreach goals with energy and enthusiasm.
- Confidence making 50 calls daily and following up professionally.
- A positive team player committed to delivering excellence every day.
