What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry Attendant - Hotel position at Yogo Inn?
We are seeking a year round employee who loves things being clean and tidy, a great eye for detail, knows how to fold a variety of towels and sheets and the ability to work alone or with a team to get the job done. And if you are reliable, then we want YOU!! Must be able to work weekends. Hourly wage is highly competitive and DOE. Benefits package available for full time employees once eligible.
- Operate commercial washing and drying machines
- Stain treat and assess condition of linens
- Properly fold and organize clean linens
- Maintain and stock equipment issued for the position and take responsibility for actions.
- Assist housekeepers with stripping guest rooms
· Comply with all health and safety requirements
Required Skills and Attributes:
· Must be reliable, honest and a quick worker.
· Must be able to lift up to 30lbs, have full use of arms and hands, climb stairs and be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Must have own transportation to and from work location.
- Weekend availability is required.
