We are expanding our locations and looking for the right candidate to start off as an Assistant Manager with the potential for growth (if it's the right fit) into a Yogurtini Store Manager position, based on performance. We believe that people will succeed when we put the care into them that we put into serving our customers.
ABOUT US
We started our first location at the Plaza in 2010 serving frozen yogurt, expanded to Shoal Creek in 2018, and then opened our Overland Park location in 2020. Our goal is to open two new locations in the KC area by the end of this year!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We have a small management staff among the three stores. We are looking for someone who loves being hands on, has open communication, open to growth, and loves working with a team. We will coach the right person for this role, with the goal in mind to be the next store manager, if desired.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Up to 40 hours a week. Salary is an option for the right candidate with the expectation and average of 40 hours a week
- Being a part of our virtual weekly manager meetings
- Completing orders
- Going to the bank or Costco
- Filling in shifts, when necessary
- Ability to open and close the store
- Effectively perform midday closes and nightly closes of the register
- Perform machine cleaning & flavor changes (must be available for machine cleaning days)
- Train new team members and shift leaders, utilizing the Onboarding & Training Guide
- Effectively lead a shift and command the respect of your team
- Constant and consistent communication with your managers
- Active in General & Shift Leader Discord channel
- Print coloring pages, Books For Yo Bookmarks, and any other files needed when necessary
- Working along with your store manager to maintain day-to-day operations
- Troubleshooting areas of growth
- Part-time or full-time hours available
