Hiring: AI & Process Automation Specialist
Location: Farmers Branch, TX
Pay: $75,000-$82,000/year
Shift: Monday – Friday; Overtime as needed
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an AI & Process Automation Specialist to drive efficiency and innovation across our operations. In this role, you will implement cutting-edge AI solutions (including Large Language Models and other automation tools) to streamline business processes and boost company efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and lead AI-driven initiatives that modernize how we work. This position is hybrid, based in Farmers Branch, TX, with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote each week. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Implement AI & Automation Tools: Deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI/automation platforms to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement Initiatives: Lead or support business restructuring and process improvement projects using AI-driven insights and data analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to develop and deliver automation solutions (such as chatbots or RPA workflows) that enhance productivity across the organization.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Support data analysis efforts to identify trends and inefficiencies, providing insights that drive decision-making and process optimizations.
- Upgrade Systems & SOPs: Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for better clarity and efficiency. Help revamp dashboards and support technology upgrades (e.g. new POS and ERP systems) to ensure our tools and systems meet evolving business needs.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS (LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field requirement.
Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AI automation, process automation, or data-driven operations. Early-career professionals with relevant project experience are welcome.
Technical Proficiency:
- AI/Automation: Experience with AI tools and frameworks (e.g. chatbots, robotic process automation, machine learning models).
- Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Python or similar languages to build and maintain automation scripts or workflows.
- Automation Platforms: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow tools.
- Data Management (Preferred but Not Required): Exposure to managing and manipulating data in SQL databases, creating dashboards in Power BI, and optimizing data pipelines.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex datasets and processes to find inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration & Communication Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Proven capacity to coordinate projects, work cross-functionally, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Project Management (Preferred but not required): Experience managing projects (e.g., scoping requirements, assigning tasks, meeting deadlines) is a plus.
