Key Responsibilities:
- Review long-term incentive compensation plan data collected in compensation surveys.
- Analyze company proxy statements and plan documents detailing long-term incentive plans (e.g., stock options).
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data submitted to the survey.
- Communicate with clients via telephone or email to resolve data discrepancies/issues.
- Enter and update data in a proprietary database.
- Participate in training sessions provided.
- Strong background in consulting, corporate HR, or compensation-related work (education and related experience are acceptable).
- Entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Proficiency in mathematics, long-term incentive (LTI) data analysis, or proxy work is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong PC skills, especially in database management.
- Commitment to the full cycle of the assignment.
- Estimated Minimum Rate: $15.40 per hour
- Estimated Maximum Rate: $22.00 per hour
