Job Description: We are seeking Temporary Compensation Analysts
This is a virtual position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. When submitting your application, please include your location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review long-term incentive compensation plan data collected in compensation surveys.
• Analyze company proxy statements and plan documents detailing long-term incentive plans (e.g., stock options).
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data submitted to the survey.
• Communicate with clients via telephone or email to resolve data discrepancies/issues.
• Enter and update data in a proprietary database.
• Participate in training sessions provided.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in consulting, corporate HR, or compensation-related work (education and related experience are acceptable).
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Proficiency in mathematics, long-term incentive (LTI) data analysis, or proxy work is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong PC skills, especially in database management.
• Commitment to the full cycle of the assignment.

Compensation:

• Estimated Minimum Rate: $15.40 per hour
• Estimated Maximum Rate: $22.00 per hour
