We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise to analyze complex datasets, develop reports, and provide business insights. Power BI and SSIS experience is a plus, and candidates with a healthcare data background will be required.

• Healthcare data experience (claims, EHR, patient records, etc.).
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI (if applicable).
Work with large datasets, ensuring data integrity.
Assist in ETL processes and data integration using SSIS.
Analyze trends and support business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations.
Qualifications:
Strong SQL proficiency (queries, stored procedures, joins).
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Power BI and SSIS experience (preferred).
Python or R for data analysis (a plus).
