QUALIFICATIONS
- A passion for data and data-driven solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) practices, and Trading Analytics across all asset classes
- Proficiency in reading/writing SQL for data analysis, debugging, and data solution design
- Experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks a plus
- Experience with Big Data technologies including Data Lake modeling/design and implementation
- Knowledge of Trading Technology, order management systems (OMS) workflows, or asset class specific trading practices and protocols, FIX Trading Protocol is a plus
- Experience documenting/diagramming workflows, such as Visio
- Experience using project tracking tools, such as Jira
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau
- Willingness to work independently in an energetic, fast-paced, business-critical and team oriented-environment
- A strong team player, with ability to work in collaboration across teams
- Intellectual curiosity and interest to learn independently and from peers
- A Bachelor s degree and 10 years of experience leading outcomes in financial services preferred
