What You Need to Bring to the Table/Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree 3 5 years of relevant experience OR Master s degree (MBA) 1 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in procurement operations, supplier compliance, supply chain optimization, or performance management.
- Strong understanding of procurement procedures, vendor management systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting.
- Monitor and manage procurement and supplier compliance processes.
- Improve procurement processes and develop metrics and performance reports.
- Maintain and optimize supplier rating and performance systems.
- Lead or support initiatives to streamline or reduce the supplier base.
- Ensure alignment with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, legal, government agencies).
