I am working with a client in Dallas that is looking for a Scrum Master with a strong background in working on mobile application development projects. This is a hybrid on site/remote position. Here is a quick overview.
Key Responsibilities
Champion Agile practices within the mobile development team, offering active guidance on the Scrum framework.
Design, develop, and test software in collaboration with the development team.
Work with software developers to create scalable systems that meet the organization's strategic needs.
Ensure all Scrum events (stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives) are positive, productive, and time-boxed.
Facilitate retrospectives to encourage continuous improvement among team members.
Remove impediments or blockers identified by the team to ensure smooth workflows.
Shield the team from outside distractions, maintaining focus on project goals.
Assist the Product Owner with empirical product planning in complex environments.
Agile Coaching and Facilitation
Educate team members on Agile practices, events, and activities with practical examples and hands-on facilitation.
Reinforce an Agile mindset, fostering behavioral and cultural changes across teams and the department.
Stay updated on changes and best practices in the Agile community to drive continuous improvement.
Key Outcomes
Deliver valuable, timely software improvements for employees and customers.
Enhance team performance through effective Agile implementation and guidance.
Build a positive, collaborative environment that supports innovation and scalability.
