Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Analyst to analyze, evaluate, and document Role-Based Org Access Controls (RBAC) in our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM and SOX, how access permissions work, and be adept at analyzing data to ensure governance, risk, and compliance. This role requires advanced Excel skills, excellent client-facing communication, and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Document and analyze existing role-based access controls, user permissions and security.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to analyze and interpret data.
Collaborate with business users, IT and system administration team to understand access provisioning and governance processes.
Prepare reports and documentation on access control findings and compliance status.
Act as a liaison between the business users and IT Enterprise Applications team, ensuring clear communication.
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in system administration, IT audit or compliance.
Understanding of IAM and SOX.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data analysis.
Strong understanding of IT systems, user access, and policies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with access management tools and identity governance solutions.
Experience with SOX compliance and IT controls.
Knowledge of IT audit processes and regulatory requirements.
Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $40.00
