- Max Hourly Rate $26/hr.
- 40 hrs/week, 3 days a week OnSite
- Performs day-to-day Order Management operational tasks with direction from management or senior members of the group in the areas of Order Management
- Responsible for timely and accurate order processing with frequent audit checks
- Responsible for all manual order entry received via phone, fax, email, etc
- Fundamental knowledge of current order processing technologies (SAP, eBusiness Tools, etc.), laws and regulations
- Supports key assigned responsibilities within the group
- Maintains key relationships with other Supply Chain areas
- Answers overflow calls and those unassigned to a Order Management Representative
- Responsible for after-hours coverage for Order Management.
- Monitoring of inbound fax email box
- HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- You have 2 years within Supply Chain logistics, Warehousing logistical operations
- Strong MS Office, including excel, experience using eBusiness Tools, SAP preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to build, establish and maintain relationships within the organization
