Onsite-Shipping / Logistics Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Houston, TX.

The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have SAP experience and be able to work with Microsoft office systems.
  • Must have background knowledge of inventory process, must have some experience with distribution, detailed order entry and shipping.
  • Must be able to go onsite daily, Monday - Friday
  • Pay Range : $19 - $21 / hr; depending on experience.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Follow processes in place that have been established for the portion of the Customer service team.
  • Work alongside teammates and process purchase orders from customers in other countries.
  • Enter the purchase order from the sales order request.
  • Read the order and prepare the shipment for current order / pallets / shipment procedure.
  • Manage orders and keep key personnel informed of each order's status.
  • Data entry and transactional workload that could fluctuate daily

    • What You Need to Bring to the Table :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have SAP experience and be able to work with Microsoft office systems.
  • Must have background knowledge of inventory process, must have some experience with distribution, detailed order entry and shipping.
  • Customer service skills, be organized, able to multitask, be people oriented.
  • Great communication skills, as they will be communicating with all levels of colleagues, and multiple departments within our company.
  • We request this person to have moderate domestic order knowledge, including Inco Terms, and experience with the overall concept of the exporting process.
  • This candidate should also have knowledge of overall shipping, distribution, and supply chain knowledge.

    Estimated Min Rate : $19.00

    Estimated Max Rate : $21.00
