Data Analyst, Field Force Effectiveness

Yoh Scientific is actively recruiting for a Data Analyst to work a contract assignment on-site in Duluth, GA.

Duration: 8-month assignment, possibility of extension
Work Schedule: Full-time, 9a - 5p
Location: Onsite, Duluth, GA
Pay Rate: $38 - $40/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:
The position sits within Field Force Effectiveness (FFE), and this role will be responsible for querying data, calculating and analyzing engagement KPIs for our field forces, building reports and dashboards, and helping to establish the future process and capability to improve and automate our field force KPIs.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration or related field required.
• 3 Years of related professional experience with Data Analytics, KPI Measurement, Business Intelligence SQL & Related Query Languages Power BI, and Data Visualization / Reporting Snowflake Advanced Excel Salesforce CRM (not required, but preferred)
• Understanding of Sales and Marketing Metrics (Life Science or Field Force Measurement not required, but preferred)
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving
