The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Bilingual or Multilingual (Portuguese and/or Spanish English)
- Minimum - associate's degree or equivalent.
- Five (5) plus years of practical experience in customer service and retention.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for documenting and managing customer interactions
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days a week onsite; 2 days remote
- Pay Range: $25 - $26/hr
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand and address their needs, identifying blockers to renewal, and implementing strategies to improve customer loyalty.
- Make outbound messages or calls to understand and address reasons for potential discontinuation of services.
- Minimum - associate's degree or equivalent.
- Five (5) plus years of practical experience in customer service and retention.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for documenting and managing customer interactions.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to analyze data to drive retention efforts.
- Prefers candidates with a bachelor's degree and sales experience (over customer support experience).
