Our locally recognized end client is in need of a Recruiting Coordinator
for a 12-month CONTRACT
opportunity. Role is HYBRID (3 days in office/2 WFH), work hours are mostly first shift but will require some travel (day and night), and pays a RANGE
of $20-24/hr W2.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Acting as main point of contact for general candidate inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.
- Supporting compliance checks during the onboarding process, including I-9 verifications to ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Associate or bachelor's degree with a business-related concentration or equivalent experience REQUIRED.
- 2-4 years of experience owning full life cycle recruiting for a wide variety of roles at all levels REQUIRED.
- At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and process management/closing capacities REQUIRED.
- Workday and MS Office experience REQUIRED.
- Ability to travel on occasion for day and night REQUIRED.
